Who We’re Looking For
At Aim Academy Online, we welcome passionate educators from a variety of backgrounds—including experienced homeschool educators, credentialed teachers, and professionals with deep subject-area expertise. If you care about students, love your subject, and want to grow in a supportive online teaching community, we’d love to hear from you.
We are especially interested in teachers with experience in online instruction, strong communication skills, and positive student and/or parent feedback. Because we serve students around the world, availability for evening or early morning classes is a plus.
We value a range of teaching backgrounds. Some of our strongest teachers bring rich experience from homeschooling, while others come from traditional classrooms, tutoring, mentoring, or professional practice in their field. What matters most is your ability to connect with students, teach with clarity and care, and create an engaging learning environment.

Ideal Qualifications
We pride ourselves on very low staff turnover; because our community is tight-knit, we have select openings each year for educators who bring a growth mindset to their praxis.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in their subject area (Master’s preferred).
- Is an experienced online educator with glowing parent/student recommendations.
- Appreciates the homeschooling lifestyle in all its diverse forms.
- Is tech-forward and ready to embrace new instructional research.
- Possesses an engaging, student-centered approach. You don’t just deliver content; you build a culture where students feel seen, challenged, and inspired.
- Has initiative to improve the student experience when engagement dips, or students need additional support
