Aim Academy Online is an accredited online learning services provider serving homeschool families with live, teacher-led classes across all major subject areas—from foundational courses to honors and AP. We take the heavy lifting of high-level academics off your plate while leaving you in the driver’s seat of your child’s education. Our approach draws on the work of Lev Vygotsky, Sir Ken Robinson, Carol Dweck, and Self-Determination Theory, as well as influential voices from the homeschool community such as Charlotte Mason, John Holt, Peter Gray, and C.S. We are accredited as a Learning Services Provider through MSA-CESS—an accrediting body recognized by the College Board—and by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Our high school courses are also A–G approved for California requirements.
Accreditation means our program has been reviewed by independent educators and meets high standards in areas like teaching, student support, and organization. It also reflects our commitment to continuous improvement.

Our AP courses have passed the CollegeBoard audit (school code 015383) and may be listed as AP on your transcript.
Our core high school classes are NCAA-approved (school code 851626).
Classes are aligned with SAT, ACT, CLEP, and AP exams, so homeschool kids are ready to score high on these tests by the end of high school.
Live classes are recorded so students can review material at their convenience.

Our teachers are passionate educators with strong academic backgrounds and a commitment to student success. They don’t just teach content—they mentor, guide, and support students throughout their learning journey.
They are experienced homeschool parents qualified in their subject areas, as well as other carefully recruited teachers who understand the homeschool community. We use the latest technology and scientific research to create engaging, developmentally appropriate college-prep classes for your homeschool success!

Registration for the following year opens on March 1 each year.
Full-year classes (32-34 weeks) begin the last week of August.
Second-semester classes (16 weeks) begin the second week of January.
Mini-Courses (7 weeks) give targeted practice and individualized instruction in critical content and skill areas.
Our mini-course usually covers SAT English and math prep, as well as special topics in science, psychology, composition, grammar, and more.
Our classes are designed to fit your homeschool style!
- Students sign on to Canvas, our class website, at their convenience and download the assignments listed for each week.
- Live classes are held weekly via Zoom.
- Classes are recorded so students can re-watch and review material at their convenience.
- Parents are provided with their own login to track their children’s progress.
- Grades, assignments, lectures, discussions, and emails are all housed in AAO’s learning management system, conveniently keeping all student records in one place.
