How Our Payment Plans Work
At Aim Academy Online, we want to make our live, expert-led classes accessible to as many families as possible. Our payment plans are designed to break down the total cost into manageable monthly installments.
What are the plan options? Depending on the length of the course, you can choose a plan that fits your needs:
- Mini-Courses: Payments are distributed over 3 months.
- Semester Courses: Payments are distributed over 3 or 5 months.
- Full-Year Courses: You can choose to spread payments over 3, 5, or 8 months.
Is there a fee for payment plans? To help us cover the administrative costs of processing multiple transactions and managing accounts throughout the year, a small $10 monthly service charge is added to each class on a payment plan.
- Bonus: If you decide to pay off your balance early, we will happily refund the $10/month service charge for all remaining months!
When do payments begin? Your journey with us starts the moment you register!
- The Initial Payment: Your first installment, along with the one-time administrative fee, is processed the day you place your order. This officially secures your student’s seat in the live classroom.
- The Monthly Cycle: To keep things simple and predictable, each subsequent payment will be automatically processed on the same day of each following month. This cycle continues until your chosen term (3, 5, or 8 months) is reached.
- A Note on Timing: Because our teachers begin preparing for your student the moment they enroll, payment plans begin at the time of registration. We are unable to delay the start of a payment plan until the first day of class.
What happens if we need to withdraw? We understand that sometimes plans change! We encourage you to review our Refund Policy before registering. Please keep in mind that by selecting a payment plan, you are committing to completing the full tuition for the course, even if your student stops participating after the refund period has passed. This ensures we can continue to honor our commitments to our dedicated faculty.

How we calculate this: (Total Tuition ÷ Number of Months) + $10 Monthly Service Fee = Your Monthly Payment. Note: A one-time administrative fee per student is added to the first payment only.
