Joshua Ridenour

Josh Ridenour is a dedicated physics educator with over a decade of experience teaching high school students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles. His focus has always been on making physics approachable, engaging, and meaningful—whether he’s guiding students through AP-level content or helping them build foundational skills in the subject. Throughout his career, Josh has worked hard to create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and challenged. Josh believes that every learner can thrive in science with the right encouragement, clear explanations, and real-world connections. Josh’s background also includes adjunct college teaching, which helps him bring depth and perspective to his high school classes. At home, Josh is also a parent who’s constantly exploring new ways to spark curiosity in his own two children—a love for learning starts early and grows best when it’s nurtured with patience and enthusiasm. Josh looks forward to inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, and curious thinkers through AP Physics.
