Madam Mikell does an excellent job of explaining new concepts, and she thoughtfully makes videos for more depth. The homework is also fun to do. Some of the greatest benefits are learning not just the French grammar, but also learning how to correctly speak the language. Things such as pronunciation, French slang, and native style (meaning things the locals do in their speech).

The teacher challenges the students while still creating a learning environment that is comfortable and encouraging. Her teaching engages a number of learning styles. The class not only provides cultural context, but also balances well grammar and conversational French.
